Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at westbundbt@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

For approved returns of eligible returnable products, customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping cost.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Once verified, we will first work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If the issue persists or cannot be resolved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover any shipping costs for the required return.

4. Personal Care & Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene, health, and safety considerations, certain personal care and intimate-use products are subject to special return conditions. These include:

• Breast Pumps
• LED Beauty Masks
• Body Sculpting Devices

4.1 Non-EU Regions (the United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia)

For orders delivered to these regions, the products listed above are non-returnable and non-refundable for change-of-mind or personal preference reasons. If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

4.2 European Union

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers retain their 14-day cooling-off rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Eligible products may be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used personal care and hygiene products may not be returned for health and safety reasons.

5. European Union Customers – Cooling-Off Rights

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns o refund on final sale items.
