Return Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at westbundbt@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
For approved returns that are not the result of a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence.
Once verified, we will work with you to troubleshoot the issue where appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover any applicable return shipping costs.
4. Personal Care & Hygiene Products
Due to hygiene, health, and safety considerations, certain personal care and intimate-use products, including Breast Pumps, LED Beauty Masks, and Body Sculpting Devices, are subject to special return restrictions.
These products may be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
Products that have been opened, activated, worn, used, or otherwise show signs of use may not be eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or where required by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or shipping damage.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
